The permanent exhibition of toys, dolls and dollhouses, one of the largest in the state, was created by Mary Lou Logan (1925 – 2014; Toy Collection Curator, Two-term President, Emeritus Trustee) and is devoted to objects of childhood made over the past 150 years. It features a significant assemblage of dolls, dollhouses, toys, a collection of Raggedy Ann dolls, iron and tin-wheeled vehicles (c. 1870 – 1950), still and mechanical banks, and games for both girls and boys.
