Annual Meeting of the Wilton Historical Society & Old-fashioned Potluck Dinner


Held on the beautiful grounds of the Wilton Historical Society, members will gather on Thursday, June 22 at 6:00 for the Annual Meeting and an Old-fashioned Potluck Dinner. President of the Board, E. Bulkeley Griswold will conduct a brief business meeting, during which new trustees and officers will be elected, those who are retiring from the Board of Trustees will be recognized, and an award for outstanding volunteer of the year will be presented.

Following dinner, there will be a presentation about the new permanent exhibition that is scheduled to open this fall in the foyer of the Betts House. A representative from the exhibition designer, Ralph Applebaum Associates, will make the presentation.

Having an old-fashioned potluck dinner at the Society’s Annual Meeting has been a tradition of many year’s standing. Members sign up to bring a main dish or salad. The Society provides beverages, appetizers and dessert. Members are asked to RSVP to the Society and state which dish they plan to bring. All members are welcome!
