TimeOut New York Kids’ BEST PUPPET THEATER IN NYC
After their sold-out holiday puppet show at the Wilton Historical Society last year, WonderSpark returns virtually. Puppets and kids will be fully in the Halloween “spirit” with a live-streaming, engaging performance of ”The Not-So-Spooky Ghost” on Saturday, October 24 from 2:00 – 3:00. Fusing puppetry and storytelling with memorable characters and silly songs, the Not-So-Spooky Ghost, his skeleton father and a mysterious scarecrow have lots of laughs in this all-ages Halloween puppet show. The little ghost can’t scare a soul to please his Big Bad Dad, but help is on the way as the audience and some friends scare up a few fun frights.
Dubbed TimeOut New York Kids’ BEST PUPPET THEATER IN NYC, WonderSpark engages kids of all ages as they listen, laugh, interact directly with characters, and can ask questions about puppetry and storytelling afterward. This ancient art form engages the imagination and kickstarts a love of theater at an early age. Includes a DIY puppet craft activity following the show. Puppet show runs 35-40 minutes.

A puppeteer will show how the craft is done. The kids will be making a slightly spooky ghost out of common household items.
Please have on hand: Large Coffee Filters or White tissue paper ; White scrap paper ; Clear tape; Yarn; Black marker; Scissors
