Learn new knitting skills!

Join Program Facilitator Moira Craw as she provides five in-person sessions to help participants expand upon their knitting skills and techniques. If you did not take the beginning level class, but you are able to knit, purl, cast on and bind off, then you are welcome to join us for the next step. 

In this series of 5 classes, we will be reviewing the basics and adding some new knitting skills:

• Increasing the number of stitches on the needle and decreasing stitches
• Picking up an additional color yarn to add stripes.
• Learning the basics of cable twisting.
• Knitting in the round.
• Making a winter hat.
• Having fun and making friends!

This five part series will take place on consecutive Wednesdays: October 7th, October 14th, October 21st, October 28th, and November 4th, from 5 to 7 PM at the Wilton Historical Society.

Wilton Historical Society Members $60; Non-members $75.
